HOW TO WRITE A SUBMISSION

As part of the process of considering a new law, a change to an old one, or as part of an inquiry, a Parliamentary Select Committee - made up of Members of Parliament from different parties - may ask for public submissions. A submission is an opportunity for any member of the public to present their views in support of or against the issue under consideration.

There is no particular way in which a submission should be written but the following websites provide helpful tips.
